No problem, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions for return:

• The product is in original condition and packaging (unopened).
• There are no traces of use (if reasonably possible).
• Always keep the shipping receipt of your return shipment.
• Due to our processing procedure, you must take into account restocking fees. This amount is 25% of the purchase price.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Team HÏ Grip will gladly resolve the issue for you.
