Return Policy

 

We hope that your performance reaches the highest level with your purchase from HÏ Grip. Is the product nevertheless not quite what you expected?

No problem, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a return.

 

Return conditions:

  •  The product is in its original condition and packaging (unopened).
  •  There are no signs of use (where reasonably possible).
  • Always retain the shipping receipt for your return shipment.
  • Due to our processing procedure, you must take into account restocking costs. This amount is 25% of the purchase price.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return having been requested will not be accepted.


Damage and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Team HÏ Grip will be happy to resolve the issue for you.

 

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once HÏ Grip has received and inspected your returned product, the refund will be credited to your account within 14 days.
